Comedy in Your Eye pupil Vigo Venn and his Hi Vis Vests, have won the Britain's Got Talent Semi Final and he will now performing one more time at the BGT Final!
Comedy in Your Eye regular and BGT Hi Vis Vest Flinging Clown, Viggo Venn, achieved the spectacular, reaching the final of Britain's Got Talent after a spectacular performance on Tuesday night!
After smashing the auditions round with an amazing High Vis striptease routine that stunned the UK, many of us in the Comedy world were wondering how he could top this?
Viggo came back fighting tonight with his amazing "My name is" routine, which we had speculated about in a previous blog post, but instead of using the audience, he used the BGT judges, Bruno Tonioli, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell.
It went down an absolute treat, with Amanda and Simon's attempts, a particular highlight for me and the crowd were ravenous for more!
The atmosphere was electric and Viggo capitalised on this by unleashing an incredible Hi-Vis dance routine, with insane visuals, backing dancers and the entire Apollo seemingly donning their very own Hi Vis jackets.
The arena was rocking and as 'One More Time' pumped around the nation's television sets, it was clear that Viggo had won the hearts of the nations.
Even Simon Cowell, who seemed bemused as to what was going on in Venn's first audition, let slip a beaming smile through all that plastic he now has in his face.
Cowell even went onto say that the Norwegian Clown was his surprise favourite act of the night!
Viggo has enjoyed some fabulous successes on these shores having won New Act of the Year 2022 at the NATYS and placing runner up at the Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of The year 2022.
He has also received a number of awards and five star reviews for his solo shows as well as for his double act, Zach & Viggo.
Now he is through to the Final on Sunday 4th June and we can't wait. We will be supporting him every step of the way!
